目的:建立以反相高效液相色谱法测定骨刺消痛胶囊中丹皮酚含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Shim-pack C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(50∶50),流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为274nm。结果:丹皮酚进样量在0.452~2.260μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999);平均回收率为97.26%,RSD=1.62%(n=9)。结论:本方法操作简便、快速、准确,可作为丹皮酚的定量分析方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of paeonol in Guzhixiao Capsules by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The chromatographic column was Shim-pack C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was methanol-water (50:50). The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1. The detection wavelength was 274 nm. Results: Paeonol injection showed a good linear relationship with the peak area integral in the range of 0.452 ~ 2.260 μg (r = 0.9999). The average recovery was 97.26% and RSD was 1.62% (n = 9). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used as a quantitative analysis method of paeonol.
