This article describes the enzyme activity of the kinetic method β-galactosidase (β-g) and alkaline phosphatase (ap) activity, in order to evaluate the yellow drinking water concentrate SOS reaction. Due to the determination of the enzyme reaction product, the amount of formation increases linearly with time, it has nothing to do with the color of the sample itself. The report is as follows.
