以附加压降法为基础,对整套宝钢4号高炉喷煤系统的压降作了模型计算。分别对水平管、上升管、以及不同曲率半径的弯管等建立了相应的固相摩擦因数经验式,得到了一整套计算喷吹管路压降的模型。与生产装置的运行结果相比,该模型的预测精度较好。这一模型的建立不仅对高炉喷煤系统的设计计算提供了有效的参考,而且还对现有的宝钢4号高炉喷煤系统的节能降耗给予了一定的理论支持。
Based on the additional pressure drop method, the pressure drop of the coal injection system of Baosteel No.4 blast furnace was modeled. The empirical formula of solid friction coefficient was established for horizontal pipe, ascending pipe and elbow with different radius of curvature respectively. A complete set of models for calculating the pressure drop of the injection pipe was obtained. Compared with the operating results of the production plant, the model has better prediction accuracy. The establishment of this model not only provides an effective reference for the design and calculation of blast furnace coal injection system, but also gives some theoretical support for the energy saving of the existing coal injection system of Baosteel No.4 blast furnace.
