本文通过构建能值生态足迹模型,测算了2013年青海省46个市、县(区)的生态经济发展水平。并结合GIS技术分别从人均生态足迹、人均生态承载力、人均生态赤字、生态压力指数、生态安全指数角度,分析了青海省生态经济空间差异。揭示了青海省生态经济发展存在的问题,一是生态经济发展水平空间差距较大;二是能源消费不均是影响生态经济发展水平空间差异的主导因素;三是生态压力指数空间分布不均衡,四是东部城市群生态系统处于危险状态。提出了青海省区域生态经济发展的对策建议。
This paper estimates the level of eco-economic development in 46 cities and counties (districts) in 2013 in Qinghai Province by constructing a model of emergy of ecological footprint. Based on the GIS technology, the spatial differences of eco-economy in Qinghai Province were analyzed from the perspective of per capita ecological footprint, per capita ecological carrying capacity, per capita ecological deficit, ecological stress index and ecological security index. Reveals the problems existing in the eco-economic development of Qinghai Province. The first is that there is a large gap in the level of eco-economic development. The other is that the uneven energy consumption is the dominant factor that affects the spatial difference in the level of ecological and economic development. Thirdly, the spatial distribution of ecological pressure index is unbalanced, Fourth, the eastern urban agglomeration ecosystem is in a dangerous state. Proposed countermeasures and suggestions on the eco-economic development in Qinghai Province.
