以某发动机冷却水泵作为研究对象,采用CATIA软件对水泵叶轮进行参数化建模,利用STAR-CCM+软件对其流场特性进行分析.利用HEEDS优化软件搭建多目标多变量优化分析流程,实现了基于HEEDS的CATIA与STAR-CCM+联合仿真优化,提升了水泵的流量和效率.“,”An engine cooling pump is taken as the research object in this paper and the parametrical model of its impeller is created using CATIA software. The flow characteristics of water pump is also analyzed using STAR-CCM + software. Through using HEEDS software to build the multi-objective and multi-variable optimization process, the combined simulation of CATIA and STAR-CCM + based on HEEDS is realized, which improves the flow and efficiency of the pump.
