心力衰竭作为心血管疾病的终末点,长期的病程中的营养不良或暴露于具有某种危险因素的饮食模式,都会加重心力衰竭的病情甚至导致恶病质的发生。本文结合当前文献,综述饮食与心力衰竭关系的研究进展,对饮食影响心力衰竭的病理生理、能量代谢、炎症和氧化应激等过程进行阐述。
Heart failure, as the terminal point of cardiovascular disease, malnutrition in the long-term course of disease or exposure to a diet with certain risk factors, can aggravate the condition of heart failure and even lead to the occurrence of cachexia. This review summarizes the progress of research on the relationship between diet and heart failure, and expounds the pathophysiology, energy metabolism, inflammation and oxidative stress of diet-induced heart failure.
