我国经济体制改革的核心问题是处理好政府和市场的关系,使市场在资源配置中起决定性作用从而更好地发挥政府服务人民的作用。劳动就业服务中心作为与民生工程最为贴近的国家基层公共服务中心之一,如何在市场化的今天更好地发挥其职能作用,其发展方向不止在结合社会需要拓展服务对象和服务项目、服务形式,加强自身管理,尤其是内部经济管理也在市场化发展要求下逐渐凸显重要性。然而,由于劳动就业服务中心同时具备两种属性,即行政事业单位政府身份和为社会群众提供就业等相关保障的公益性服务的非营利属性,这两重属性使得劳动就业服务中心的内部经济管理一直未受到应有的重视,从而产生了不少问题。本文针对劳动就业服务中心内部经济管理存在的一些问题提出了相对应的对策,旨在为促进劳动就业服务中心内部经济管理水平有所提升提供有益参考。
