目的:通过药效学实验验证并比较含与不含朱砂的清泻丸对小鼠解热作用的影响,观察并比较其急性毒性情况,为临床用药提供科学依据。方法:采用干酵母致大鼠发热法研究含与不含朱砂的清泻丸的解热作用;通过急性毒性实验观察其临床用药的安全性。结果:同等剂量下的含与不含朱砂的清泻丸都能够对干酵母致发热大鼠8、10 h后体温产生抑制作用,且两者之间功效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);含与不含朱砂的清泻丸最大耐受量分别为21.6 g/kg和21.4 g/kg,约相当于成人临床用量的140倍。结论:含与不含朱砂的清泻丸对大鼠的解热作用是相近的,且临床用药均安全。
OBJECTIVE: To verify and compare the effects of Qingzui Pill containing and without cinnabar on the antipyretic effect of mice through pharmacodynamic experiments, observe and compare its acute toxicity, and provide a scientific basis for clinical use. Methods: The antipyretic effect of Qingxue Pills containing and not containing cinnabar was studied by the method of dry yeast induced fever in rats. The safety of clinical medication was observed by acute toxicity test. Results: Qingxue Pills with and without cinnabar at the same dosage could inhibit the body temperature of rats induced by dry yeast at 8 and 10 h, and there was no significant difference in efficacy between the two groups (P> 0.05) ; With and without cinnabar Qingxue pill maximum tolerance were 21.6 g / kg and 21.4 g / kg, equivalent to about 140 times the clinical dose of adult. Conclusion: The antipyretic effects of Qingxue Pills with and without cinnabar on rats are similar, and the clinical medication is safe.
