今年初以来,雪灾、旱灾、地震、洪水、泥石流等各种自然灾害接连来袭,对中国的城市安全造成了严重挑战。中国工程院院士卢耀如日前坦言:“目前我国有近70%的城市受到各种灾害的威胁,今后随着城市化的发展,将有8个以上的城市人口达到1000万～2000万,而有近百个城市的人口将达到100万至几百万。随着各种自然灾害的接踵而至,现在则是要敲响城市地质安全的警钟了。
