目的 探讨光学相干断层扫描 (optical coherence tomography,OCT)图像在评价特发性黄斑裂孔 (idiopathic macular hole,IMH)手术疗效中的作用。 方法 用 OCT检测 19例 IMH患者 19只眼手术前、后的裂孔直径、孔晕直径、孔缘厚度及裂孔形态变化特征。 结果 OCT定量检测显示 ,裂孔直径平均由术前 (5 70 .95± 2 6 4.5 9)μm减少到术后 (337.0 5± 335 .95 )μm,孔晕直径平均由术前 (10 43.5 3± 2 78.80 )μm减少到术后 (6 95 .0 0± 483.0 0 )μm,孔缘厚度平均由术前 (389.78± 6 0 .5 8)μm减少到术后 (2 98.78±10 9.80 )μm。裂孔闭合、缩小 ,孔晕缩小 ,孔缘厚度减少共 17只眼 ,手术解剖成功率为 89%。 结论 OCT能客观、精确、有效地判断 IMH手术的解剖疗效。
Objective To investigate the role of optical coherence tomography (OCT) in evaluating the curative effect of idiopathic macular hole (IMH). Methods OCT was used to detect the changes of the diameter, the diameter of the foramina, the thickness of the foramina and the shape of the foramina in 19 eyes of 19 patients with IMH before and after operation. Results OCT quantitative examination showed that the average diameter of the foramina was decreased from preoperative (70 70 ± 95 6 6 9 9 m) to postoperative (337 0 5 ± 335 9 5) 2 78.80) μm to (6 95 .0 0 ± 483.0 0) μm postoperatively, and the average thickness of the margins decreased from 389.78 ± 60.88 μm to 2.98.78 ± 10 9.80 μm after operation. Holes closed, reduced, the hole halo reduced, reduced the thickness of the hole edge a total of 17 eyes, the success rate of surgical dissection was 89%. Conclusion OCT can objectively, accurately and effectively judge the anatomic efficacy of IMH surgery.
