滑车运动信息采集系统使用有效的信息检测方法,精确地取得滑车在运动过程中的实时信息,为空间运动模拟平台提供了反馈数据。该系统以高性能的微控制器为核心,以CPLD相辅助,使用高精度光电编码器来协助微控制器精确采集滑车的速度信息;使用红外光电传感器对滑车的位置进行粗测,使用光电编码器对滑车的位置进行精测,将二者相结合取得了精确的位置信息;使用单片机内部的高精度定时器取得了当前的时间信息;使用ZigBee无线通信模块向微控制器发送来自滑车本身的触发信号。微控制器将上述数据整理后以特定的通信协议上传到主控计算机和控制单元,实现对滑车的状态分析和运动控制。空间运动模拟平台在教学和科研方面都具有很好的使用价值和实际意义。
