我厂与天津大学精仪系共同研制成功的光栅式周节误差自动测量仪的轴系采用滚珠密集轴承。通过鉴定,仪器能检测JB179-60与JB180-60圆柱与圆锥齿轮精度标准中的三级精度的周节累积误差。被测齿轮一次装夹的周节累积误差测量值的重复性及多次装夹时周节累积误差测量值的一致性,都受主轴轴承径向晃动的较大影响。为了正确地找出轴系的变化规律,来指导轴系安装与调整,需要一个较简便
