采用铬渣烧结矿作为熔剂,在30m3小高炉上进行了冶炼含铬生铁的工业化生产试验。铬渣中六价铬的还原率接近100%,总铬的金属化还原率大于94%;平均每吨产品铁吃渣量为2.298t,最高达2.785t。炼制含铅量大于10%的含铬生铁,需同时配入铬铁矿增铬。保持1480K以上的炉温,控制较低的碱度,配入辅料降低炉渣熔点,可显著改善炉渣的流动性,成功地实现渣、铁分离排放。监测了试验过程的二次污染,需控制高炉煤气放散以降低生产性降尘。
Chromium slag sinter as a flux, the small blast furnace in the 30m3 smelting chromium pig iron industrial production test. Chromium slag hexavalent chromium reduction rate close to 100%, total chromium metalization reduction rate greater than 94%; average per ton of iron slag meal product was 2.298t, up to 2.785t. Refining chromium-containing pig iron with a lead content greater than 10% requires the simultaneous addition of chromium into chromite. Maintaining a furnace temperature above 1480K, controlling a lower alkalinity, and adding auxiliary materials to reduce the melting point of the slag can significantly improve the fluidity of the slag and successfully achieve separation of slag and iron. The secondary pollution of the test process was monitored and blast furnace gas emission was controlled to reduce productive dustfall.
