由中国书法家协会主办的《全国第八届书法篆刻作品展览》近日在西安开幕,大展评委经过初评、终评和现场考核,从全国应征的3.6万余件作品中,评选出获奖作品59件;获奖提名作品41件;参展作品1000件;入围作品1000件。这次全军有4件作品获奖,共有46件作品参展,10件作品入围。为了参加这次展览和评奖,提高军队书法家在全国书法界竞争实力,总政宣传部曾专门在北京举办了为期两个月的全军书法骨干创作集训班,同时向全军发出通知,要求各大单位认真做好这次国展的征稿工作。参加创作班的30余名书法创作骨干都能珍惜机遇,勤学苦练,互相切磋,扎根传统,不断更新创作观念,努力在技法创新、新材料运用、个性化书风等方面不断探索。这次获奖的4名同志全都出自创作班,入选作者大 The Eighth China Calligraphy and Seal Cutting Exhibition, organized by the Chinese Calligraphers Association, was recently opened in Xi’an.
