研究了Co2+对芹菜无菌苗下胚轴胚状体发生及其乙烯释放量的影响。结果表明,在一定范围内Co2+促进胚状体的发生,Co2+浓度过高效果下降。培养物乙烯释放量随培养时间逐渐下降,Co2+能进一步降低相应的乙烯释放量。在Co2+作用下芹菜胚状体发生率和密度均与乙烯累积释放量呈显著的负相关。Co2+对芹菜胚状体发生的促进作用可能与其抑制乙烯释放有关。
The effects of Co2 + on the embryogenesis and ethylene production of hypocotyls of celery aseptic seedlings were studied. The results showed that Co2 + could promote the formation of embryoid body in a certain range, and the effect of Co2 + concentration was too high. The amount of ethylene released from the culture gradually decreased with the incubation time, and Co2 + could further reduce the corresponding ethylene release. Under the action of Co2 +, the occurrence and density of celery embryoid bodies were negatively correlated with the cumulative release of ethylene. The effect of Co2 + on the formation of celery embryoid body may be related to its inhibition of ethylene release.
