目的:观察康艾注射液对食管癌术后化疗患者生活质量的影响。方法:将82例食管癌术后化疗患者随机分为2组。对照组40例,采用5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)、顺铂(DDP)化疗;治疗组42例,在对照组化疗基础上加用康艾注射液治疗。观察治疗后生活质量、评定临床症状改善情况、白细胞及血小板、免疫功能等指标的变化。结果:治疗后生活质量提高率治疗组为50.0%,对照组为27.5%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组乏力、疼痛、气短、食欲、呕吐、厌食等症状明显改善,与对照组比较,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。治疗后治疗组CD3+、CD4+、NK淋巴细胞百分数及NK细胞活性、CD3+/CD4+值明显提高,与治疗前和对照组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后对照组白细胞下降程度明显,与治疗组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:康艾注射液对食管癌术后化疗患者生活质量有提高作用,并能改善免疫功能,对化疗有增效减毒作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Kangai injection on the quality of life of postoperative chemotherapy in patients with esophageal cancer. Methods: 82 patients with esophageal cancer after chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups. Forty patients in the control group were treated with 5-fluorouracil (5-Fu) and cisplatin (DDP) chemotherapy. Forty-two in the treatment group were treated with Kang Ai Injection on the basis of the chemotherapy in the control group. The quality of life after treatment was observed, the improvement of clinical symptoms, the changes of leukocytes, platelets and immune function were evaluated. Results: The improvement rate of quality of life after treatment was 50.0% in the treatment group and 27.5% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). After treatment, the symptoms such as fatigue, shortness of breath, shortness of breath, appetite, vomiting and anorexia in the treatment group were significantly improved. Compared with the control group, the difference was significant or very significant (P <0.05, P <0.01). After treatment, the percentage of CD3 +, CD4 +, NK lymphocytes and NK cell activity and CD3 + / CD4 + in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the degree of leukopenia in the control group was significantly lower than that in the treatment group, with significant difference (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Kangai injection can improve the quality of life of postoperative chemotherapy in patients with esophageal cancer, and can improve immune function and enhance the effect of chemotherapy.
