普拉提是一种注重呼吸冥想,提高核心肌肉力量和身体稳定性的运动,没有竞技性运动的激烈对抗却能够达到健身塑形和提高心理健康水平的目的,深受女大学生的喜爱。本文通过分析普拉提的特点和练习原则,探讨普拉提对塑造女大学生身心美的积极作用,为高校开展普拉提教学提供理论依据。
Pilates is a sport that focuses on breathing meditation, improving core muscle strength and physical stability. It is popular among female college students for the purpose of achieving fitness shaping and improving mental health without fierce competition from competitive sports. By analyzing the characteristics and practice principles of Pilates, this paper explores the positive role of Pilates in shaping the physical and mental beauty of female college students and provides a theoretical basis for Pilates teaching in colleges and universities.
