2006年,南京晓庄学院教科院进行了一项施教模式改革尝试,把本校小学教育专业的大三本科生派到农村小学进行为期3周的短期实习,同时接受那些被顶替岗位的小学教师到南京晓庄学院进行为期3周的免费脱产培训。这种“顶岗实习,置换培训”的人才培养模式既培养了师范生,又培训了小学教师,得到了江苏省教育主管部门的充分肯定。
