目的:观察长柄山姜(傣草蔻)、宽唇山姜、云南草蔻3种姜科山姜属植物根茎的显微特征,制定显微鉴别指标。方法:采用石蜡切片、徒手切片和粉末显微特征进行鉴定。结果:3种山姜属植物根茎的显微比较可从表皮有无非腺毛及细胞结构、内皮层是否明显及细胞结构、维管束纤维是否木化、维管束数量及存在方式、导管数量及大小等方面差异来区别。粉末鉴定主要依据非腺毛的有无、螺纹导管的有无、淀粉粒形状等特征加以区别。结论:根茎的显微特征可为3种山姜属植物的鉴定提供参考依据。
Objective: To observe the microscopic characteristics of rhizomes of ginger family of Zingiberaceae, Dai Kou Kou, Jianghan Ginger, Yunnan Herbaceae, and to develop microscopic identification indexes. Methods: Paraffin sections, free-hand sections and powder microscopic identification were used. Results: The microscopic rhizomes of three species of Ginger could be obtained from the presence or absence of non-glandular trichomes and cell structure in the epidermis, whether the endothelium is distinct and cellular structure, whether the vascular fibers are woody, the number and presence of vascular bundles, the number and size of the catheters Differences and so on to distinguish. Powder identification is mainly based on whether the non-glandular hair, whether the threaded catheter, starch grain shape and other characteristics to be distinguished. Conclusion: The microscopic characteristics of rhizomes can provide reference for the identification of three species of Ginger.
