目的:探讨卫生类高职学院护理专业学生职业决策自我效能的现状特点。方法:借鉴Taylor、Betz(1983)编制的《职业决策自我效能量表》和彭永新、龙立荣(2001)编制的《大学生职业决策自我效能量表》,被试为广州某卫生类高职学院护理专业一、二年级在校生和三年级实习生合计462名学生。结果:高职护理学生职业决策自我效能处于中等水平且在年级、有无明确工作意向、是否第一志愿报考上存在差异。结论:学院应该开展有针对性的职业辅导教育,多关注工作意向不明确的学生,同时要重视学生的专业思想教育。
Objective: To explore the status quo and characteristics of occupational decision-making self-efficacy of nursing specialty students in health vocational colleges. Methods: Based on the Occupational Decision Self-efficacy Scale compiled by Taylor and Betz (1983) and Peng Yongxin and Long Lirong (2001), the Occupational Decision Self-efficacy Scale of Undergraduates A total of 462 students enrolled in first and second year nursing students and third year intern. Results: The occupational decision-making self-efficacy of vocational nursing students is at a middle level and there is a clear intention of work in the grades. Whether there is any discrepancy in applying for the first choice. Conclusion: The college should carry out targeted vocational counseling and education, pay more attention to students whose working intentions are not clear, and attach importance to students’ professional ideological education.
