上海华兴粉末冶金有限公司由静安区康利电器工业公司和台湾鸿才工业股份程限公司及香港明罗企业有限公司三方组建而成,主要生产含油轴承。由于三方良好合作,公司生产规模迅速得到得到发展,产品生产所需的主要设备——压机,由合资初期的12台增加到现有的32台,产值以每年20％—30％的速度递增,含油轴承的产量也由合资初的每月100万只迅速增长为每天100万只。由于生产的飞速发展,企业只得实行早、中、晚三班制,以满足市场的需求。今年公司计划再添置15台压机,以进一步满足扩大再生产的需要。
