针对我国保险界的现状,分析了保险营销队伍存在的问题和管理工作的弊端,针对如何完善和促进保险营销工作,提出了一些对策性建议。
In view of the status quo of China’s insurance industry, the existing problems of the insurance marketing team and the malpractices of management are analyzed. Some countermeasures are put forward to improve and promote the insurance marketing.
