45CrNiMoVA钢属于高含碳量的合金结构钢,其化学成分的含量(质量分数)分别为:0.42%~0.49%C,0.17%~0.37%Si,0.50%~0.80%Mn,0.20%~0.30%Mo,0.80%~1.10%Cr,1.30%~1.80%Ni,0.10%~0.20%V。影响钢材焊接性的主要因素是化学成分,在各种化学元素中,碳的影响最明显,因此可用碳当量法来估算该材料的焊接性。 根据碳当量经验公式,计算出该合金钢的碳当量为0.81%~1.06%。 根据经验,当碳当量>0.60%时,钢材塑性较低,淬硬倾向很大,焊接性较差。 本文以我公司焊接的一个零件为例,介绍如何提高45CrNiMoVA钢的焊接质量。
45CrNiMoVA steel belongs to the alloy structure steel with high carbon content, and the content (mass fraction) of the chemical composition is 0.42% -0.49% C, 0.17% -0.37% Si, 0.50% -0.80% Mn and 0.20% -0.30% Mo, 0.80% to 1.10% Cr, 1.30% to 1.80% Ni, 0.10% to 0.20% V. The main factor that affects the weldability of steel is the chemical composition. Among the various chemical elements, the influence of carbon is the most obvious. Therefore, the carbon equivalent method can be used to estimate the weldability of the material. Based on the empirical formula of carbon equivalent, the carbon equivalent of the alloy steel is calculated to be 0.81% ~ 1.06%. According to experience, when the carbon equivalent of> 0.60%, the steel plastic lower, the tendency of hardened, poor weldability. In this paper, a part of my company welding, for example, describes how to improve 45CrNiMoVA steel welding quality.
