采用二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)改性CaCO_3并制备了CaCO_3/乙烯基不饱和聚酯树脂(UPR),通过力学性能测试及电镜分析研究了改性CaCO_3对材料性能的影响。结果表明,MDI改性的CaCO_3颗粒与UPR完全融合,呈现规律的显微结构。CaCO_3/UPR的弯曲强度和冲击强度高于γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)改性的CaCO_3/UPR。
The CaCO_3 was modified by diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) and the CaCO_3 / UPR resin was prepared. The effect of modified CaCO_3 on the properties of the material was investigated by mechanical properties and electron microscopy. The results showed that the MDI modified CaCO 3 particles completely merged with UPR, showing a regular microstructure. The flexural strength and impact strength of CaCO_3 / UPR are higher than that of CaCO_3 / UPR modified by γ-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane (KH-570).
