在中华五千多年历史中,中国先后历经了奴隶制度、封建制度、社会主义制度、共产主义制度。时代的变迁造就了社会不断发展,也见证了制度的不断改变。工会作为制度变更的产物,是国有企业工人和管理者直接联系的纽带,也是企业工人组成的群众团体,代表的是广大企业员工的思想和意见。探讨国有企业工会工作的创新实践,将对国企内部管理系统完善具有重要价值。
Over 5,000 years of history in China, China has gone through slavery, feudalism, socialism and communism. The changes of the times have brought about the continuous development of society and also witnessed the constant changes of the system. As a result of changes in the system, trade unions are the direct link between workers and managers of state-owned enterprises. They are also mass organizations of enterprise workers and represent the ideas and opinions of employees in large numbers of enterprises. To explore innovative practices in the work of unionization in state-owned enterprises will be of great value to the improvement of the internal management system of state-owned enterprises.
