目的:了解位于眼周边部B超揭示困难的小的视网膜母细胞瘤超声生物显微镜表现特点,探测活体状态下邻近组织(睫状体、虹膜)受侵状况。 方法:应用德国Zeiss—humphrey公司的UBM 840型超声生物显微镜,探头频率50MHz,对4例疑难视网膜母细胞瘤进行观察并与病理组织学对照分析。 结果:1.超声生物显微镜表现: (1)视网膜锯齿缘前部、睫状体平坦部、睫状突内表面突向玻璃体不规则形弱回声。 (2)睫状体、虹膜增厚为弱回声。 (3)前房、前房角点状、片状弱回声,活动。 2.病理组织学
OBJECTIVE: To understand the characteristics of small retinoblastoma ultrasound biomicroscopy in peripheral B-ultrasonography and to detect the invasion of adjacent tissues (ciliary body and iris) in vivo. Methods: UBM 840 ultrasound biomicroscope from Zeiss-humphrey Company in Germany was used. The frequency of the probe was 50 MHz. Four cases of difficult retinoblastoma were observed and compared with the histopathology. Ultrasound biomicroscopy showed: (1) the anterior retinal jagged, flat ciliary body, ciliary process protruding to the inner surface of the vitreous irregular shaped weak echo. (2) ciliary body, iris thickening of the weak echo. (3) anterior chamber, anterior chamber angle, flaky weak echo, activity. Histopathology
