合成了两种含二环己酮草酰二腙桥的新型双核钴配合物 [Co2 (BCO) (phen) 4](ClO4 ) 4和 [Co2(BCO) (NO2 _phen) 4](ClO4 ) 4,BCO =二环己酮草酰二腙 ,phen =1,10_邻菲咯啉 ,NO2 _phen =5_硝基_1,10_邻菲咯啉 .使用元素分析、IR、UV_Vis光谱和摩尔电导测定方法对配合物进行了表征 ,确定了配合物的组成并推断了Co(Ⅱ )离子的配位环境 .抗菌活性实验结果表明 ,桥联配体BCO虽然有一定的杀菌活性 ,但形成双核配合物后杀菌活性明显提高
Two new dinuclear cobalt complexes [Co2 (BCO) (phen) 4] (ClO4) 4 and [Co2 (BCO) (NO2_phen) 4] (ClO4) 4 , BCO = dicyclohexanone oxalyldihydrazone, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, NO2_phen = 5-nitro-1,10-phenanthroline.Using elemental analysis, IR, UV_Vis spectra and molar Conductivity determination of the complex was characterized to determine the complex composition and infer Co (Ⅱ) coordination environment.Antibacterial activity experimental results show that although the bridged ligand BCO has some bactericidal activity, but the formation of dual-core Bactericidal activity significantly increased after the complex
