随着新课标的颁布实施和新课程改革的不断深入,在物理教学中注重培养学生的非智力因素,已引起广大物理教师的高度重视。所谓非智力因素是指智力因素以外的动机、兴趣、情绪、意志、性格等心理因素。在物理教学中,常常发现有些学习比较困难的学生天赋其实很好,但学习成绩却不够理想,而有些智力一般的学生,成绩却很出色,分析其中的原因之一是学习上非智力因素作用的结果。下面根据自己的教学实践,谈谈物理教学中如何注重学生非智力因素的培养。
