在有机化学中,涉及到分子的两个手性碳化合物的立体化学问题时,用到赤式和苏式构型概念。仅管这两个概念对大多数有机化学工作者来说是熟知的,但是,对一个初学有机化学的学生来说,当学习有机反应历程遇到赤式和苏式概念时,教师如何深入浅出,形象准确地帮助学生了解赤式、苏式概念的来源、各种表示方法,反应中手型碳转化以及赤式、苏式构型间的相互转化,加深学生对于有机反应中立体化学知识的理解是教学中值得研究的问题。基于这种考虑,笔者试图依据教学中讲授立体化学的体会,列举一些众所周知的反映就上述问题谈谈看法,以供同行们讨论。
In organic chemistry, the concept of erythro and threo configuration is used when it comes to the stereochemistry of the two chiral carbon compounds of a molecule. Although the two concepts are well-known to most organic chemists, how can a teacher learn how to explain profound theories in simple terms when he or she learns about the organic reaction process when he or she encounters the concepts of red and suns, The image accurately helps students understand the sources of the red and the Soviet concepts, the various representations, the carbon transformation in hands and the mutual transformation between the red and the Soviet forms, and deepens students’ understanding of the three-dimensional chemical knowledge in organic reactions. The question worth researching Based on this consideration, I try to teach stereochemistry based on teaching, citing some well-known reflection on the above issues to talk about the views for colleagues to discuss.
