教育是教育者与受教者双方配而合完成的行为,不仅要求受教者虚心求教更要求教育者即教师具有过关的专业素质技能。在以往教师职后教育的研究中,学界更多的将关注度倾向于中、小学教师,而本文则另辟蹊径通过对于现状、重要性、问题与展望四个角度的探讨来进一步渗透高校教师职后教育的必要性,并以关注度偏冷的体育专业为例进行研究,从而强化社会对于高校体育教师职后教育的重视。
Education is a combination of both educators and recipients. It not only requires that the trainees humbly ask for help but also ask the educators, that is, teachers, to have the professional quality skills of passing the exam. In the past research on post-education of teachers, the academic circles tended to pay more and more attention to primary and secondary school teachers, but this article opened a new path to further infiltrate the post-university teachers’ posts through discussing the status quo, importance, problems and prospects The necessity of education is also studied in the case of physical education which pays close attention to the cold, so as to strengthen the society’s emphasis on post-vocational education for college physical education teachers.
