目的全面了解综合医院护理人员“循证护理能力”现状及影响因素,找出循证护理能力的短板及核心干预因素。方法以某省5家二级医院与5家三级医院护理人员为研究对象;利用EBPQ、DEBPQ本土化问卷进行现场调查,采用Likert5级评分法。结果两级综合医院护理人员“循证护理能力”总体得分为(3.20±0.76)分,二、三级医院分别得分为(3.38±0.73)分、(3.04±0.76)分,两级医院总体得分存在统计学差异(P<0.05);采用Pearson相关分析,对EBPQ与DEBPQ问卷各维度及总分之间的关系进行分析,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论护理人员的“循证护理能力”总体偏低,二级医院护理人员能力好于三级医院;护理人员“循证护理能力”与“循证护理实践影响因素”呈正向相关。医院应结合重点影响因素,有针对性的制定措施,系统提高护理人员循证护理能力,以促进循证护理实践的全面开展。
Objective To comprehensively understand the current status and influencing factors of nurses in general hospitals and evidence-based nursing ability and to find out the shortcomings and core intervention factors of evidence-based nursing ability. Methods A total of 5 secondary hospitals and 5 tertiary hospitals in a province were selected as the research objects. Site surveys were conducted using the EBPQ and DEBPQ localization questionnaires, using the Likert 5-grade score method. Results The overall score of nursing staff ’evidence - based nursing ability ’ in two general hospitals was (3.20 ± 0.76) points, and the score of second and third level hospitals was (3.38 ± 0.73) points and (3.04 ± 0.76) points respectively, There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between the dimensions of the EBPQ and DEBPQ questionnaire and the total score, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Nursing staff ’s “evidence-based nursing ability ” is generally low, and the nursing staff in second-level hospital is better than the third-grade hospital; nursing staff “evidence-based nursing ability ” and "influencing factors of evidence-based nursing practice Related to. The hospital should combine the key influencing factors, make the targeted measures, and systematically improve the nursing staff’s evidence-based nursing ability so as to promote the full implementation of the evidence-based nursing practice.
