文章采用文献资料法、调查法等研究方法,以中小学体育教师武术教学能力结构为研究对象,分析锦州市中小学体育教师武术教学能力结构的现状。研究结果表明:锦州市中小学体育教师提高武术技能的主要方法是自学,在提高教学能力的方式上缺乏系统性和规范性;缺少对武术基本知识的理解和掌握;重视专业知识与技能的提高,而忽视科学研究能力的发展。文章认为:应针对中小学体育教师武术教学实际情况,加强青年体育教师的教学能力尤其是对武术基础教学能力的培训。
This article adopts the methods of literature review, investigation and other research methods to study the structure of Wushu teaching ability of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools. The results show that the main ways PE teachers of primary and secondary schools in Jinzhou improve their Wushu skills are self-learning, lack of systematicness and normativeness in improving their teaching abilities, lack of understanding and mastery of Wushu basic knowledge, and emphasis on improvement of professional knowledge and skills , While ignoring the development of scientific research capabilities. The article thinks: According to the actual situation of primary and junior high school PE teachers Wushu teaching, we should strengthen the teaching ability of young PE teachers, especially the basic teaching ability of Wushu.
