患者男41岁因右眼胀痛、偏头痛、视物不清七日,于1990年4月22日入院。眼科检查:视力:右眼0.02,左眼1.0;视野:右眼全心性缩小10～20°,左眼正常。右眼混合性充血(+),睫状压痛(+),角膜弥慢性雾状水肿,表层且有散在水泡,角膜知觉减退,多量色素性kp,但位于中央处色素密集,房水闪光(+),前房较深,鼻上方虹膜萎缩,瞳孔散大5mm,反应(一),房角为宽角,有广泛性色素颗粒
