介绍了曲轴激光淬火强化技术 ,采用千瓦级快速轴流式激光器对球铁曲轴进行了激光淬火试验。采用ANSYS5 7有限元分析软件在计算机上再现了曲轴圆角激光淬火过程中内部温度分布的拟实模型 ,探讨了直接在计算机上优化曲轴圆角激光淬火工艺参数等。分析表明 ,理论计算结果和实际情况较为符合
The crankshaft laser quenching and strengthening technology is introduced. The laser quenching test of the ductile iron crankshaft is carried out by the kilowatt-class fast axial-flow laser. ANSYS5 7 finite element analysis software was used to reproduce the actual model of the internal temperature distribution in the process of crankshaft fillet laser quenching on the computer. The technological parameters of crankshaft fillet laser quenching directly on the computer were discussed. The analysis shows that the theoretical calculation is in good agreement with the actual situation
