目的:探讨二维三维超声成像诊断胎儿唇腭裂的价值。方法:对我院2012年1月—2015年1月诊断为唇腭裂的58例患儿临床资料进行分析,所有观察胎儿均采用二维超声和三维超声诊断,并对两种方法的诊断结果行统计学分析。结果:58例胎儿中,单纯唇裂30例,唇裂合并完全性腭裂19例,唇裂合并前腭裂5例,单纯后腭裂2例。按畸形部位不同,二维超声和三维超声检出率不同,两种方法诊断唇裂无明显差异(P>0.05);而诊断前腭裂和后腭裂,两种方法比较均有显著差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:二维超声诊断胎儿唇腭裂畸形价值较高,而三维超声诊断效果明显提高,成为二维超声基础上不可缺少的补充方法。
Objective: To investigate the value of two-dimensional three-dimensional ultrasonography in the diagnosis of fetal cleft lip and palate. Methods: The clinical data of 58 children with cleft lip and palate diagnosed in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 were analyzed. Conclusion: Two-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis of fetal cleft lip and palate deformity value higher, and the three-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis was significantly improved, becoming an indispensable supplement on the basis of two-dimensional ultrasound.
