随着计算机技术的不断提升,档案管理系统作为计算机技术发展创新的成果已经被越来越多的人所接受。在计算机还没有普及之前,传统的人事档案管理都是采用人工的方式进行存档工作,工作效率低,并且浪费大量的时间。采用计算机技术帮助管理员进行人事档案管理,是计算机智能化的集中性体现。知识信息时代的到来,在新科技成果的指导下,计算机技术改变了人们的工作方式以及生活水平,信息化已经成为时代发展的主要体现,信息化时代的到来为档案管理系统的建立提供了发展的基础,电子文件的大量产生为人事档案管理工作带来了挑战,本文就对新时期人事档案管理系统的设计与实现做如下的说明。
