目的对缩宫素不同给药方法对剖宫产患者血流动力学造成的影响进行分析。方法选取2011年5月至2013年8月于临颍县人民医院行剖宫产手术患者84例,随机分为甲组与乙组,每组42例,两组均给予5 ml氯化钠注射液中加入5 IU缩宫素,甲组患者采用静脉输注方式且给药时间>5 min,乙组患者采用静脉推注方式且给药时间<1 min,对比两组患者血流动力学变化。结果两组新生儿1 min及5 min时Apgar评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),甲组产妇术中失血量显著少于乙组,两组患者血流动力学改变间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缩宫素可对剖宫产孕妇血流动力学稳定性发挥促使作用,在临床中将缩宫素给药时间予以适当延长,可促使产妇血流动力学稳定性大幅增加。
Objective To analyze the effects of different oxytocin administration on hemodynamics in cesarean section patients. Methods 84 cases of caesarean operation in Linying People’s Hospital from May 2011 to August 2013 were randomly divided into group A and group B with 42 cases in each group and both groups were given 5 ml sodium chloride injection 5 IU oxytocin was added into the fluid, patients in group A were given intravenous infusion for 5 minutes, and patients in group B were given intravenous injection for <1 min. The hemodynamic changes were compared between the two groups . Results There was no significant difference in Apgar score between the two groups at 1 minute and 5 minutes (P> 0.05). The blood loss in group A was significantly less than that in group B, and there was significant difference between the two groups in hemodynamic changes Statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusions Oxytocin can promote the hemodynamic stability of pregnant women in cesarean section. In clinic, the administration time of oxytocin should be extended properly, which can promote the hemodynamic stability of maternal significantly increase.
