目的探讨寄宿制小学生多动障碍的治疗方法。方法采用感觉统合训练、家长讲座、心理辅导等方法对32名多动障碍儿童进行综合治疗,治疗前后分别采用瑞文测试、感觉统合评定量表、Conners父母问卷量表、注意力评定、记忆力评定评估疗效。结果感觉统合训练评定、学习问题、心身健康、冲动多动、多动指数治疗前后差异有统计学意义;注意力、记忆力均有改善。结论感觉统合训练配合心理治疗及家长培训对多动障碍有一定疗效。
Objective To investigate the treatment of ADHD in boarding pupils. Methods 32 children with multiple dyskinesia were treated with sensory integration training, parental lectures and psychological counseling. Before and after treatment, they were assessed using the Raven test, the sensory integration assessment scale, the Conners parental questionnaire, attention assessment, memory assessment Evaluate the efficacy. Results sensory integration training assessment, learning problems, physical and mental health, impulsive hyperactivity, hyperactivity index treatment before and after the difference was statistically significant; attention and memory were improved. Conclusions Sensory integration training with psychotherapy and parental training has some effect on hyperactivity disorder.
