目的 探讨喉癌患者血液 EGF的变化及其与组织 EGFR基因表达上调关系。方法 采用放射免疫技术测定 32例喉癌患者术前血清 EGF水平 ,用逆转录聚合酶链式反应 (RT- PCR)定量分析 2 1例喉癌组织 EGFRm RNA水平 ,并取 10例声带息肉组织作为对照。结果 喉癌组血清 EGF水平显著低于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。喉癌组织 EGFR m RNA水平显著高于声带息肉组织 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 喉癌组织中高表达的 EGFR能特异性地与血液中 EGF结合 ,使之水平下降 ,这可能是喉癌患者有别于正常人的内环境变化所致 ,有助于喉癌的诊断和鉴别诊断。
Objective To investigate the changes of blood EGF in patients with laryngeal cancer and its relationship with the up-regulation of EGFR gene expression. Methods Radioimmunoassay (RIA) was used to detect the level of serum EGF in 32 cases of laryngeal cancer before operation. Quantitative analysis of 21 cases of laryngeal carcinoma with reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and 10 cases of vocal cord polyp Control. Results Serum EGF level in laryngeal cancer group was significantly lower than that in normal control group (P <0.01). The level of EGFR m RNA in laryngeal carcinoma was significantly higher than that in vocal cord polyps (P <0.01). Conclusion EGFR overexpressed in laryngeal squamous carcinoma can specifically bind to EGF in the blood to decrease the level of EGFR, which may be due to the change of the internal environment in laryngeal cancer patients, which is helpful to the diagnosis and differentiation of laryngeal cancer diagnosis.
