考试成绩的多元性评价就是指用考试的平均分比率、及格率比率、优秀率比率等来共同参考的综合性评价。首先,用考试来对教师的教和学生的学进行质量检测,这本身并没有错;用教师相互调考和集体评卷的方法来严把考试质量关也无可非议。只有公平的监考、“一把尺子量到底”的阅卷,才能做到考试的公平性,得到教师的信任和肯定。其次,考试成绩的多元性评价是建立在多个相同年级、相同科目的基础上。相同年级的班次越多,评价的结果越具有公正性。这就为乡、镇教育办甚至县教育局评价教师提供
