主要介绍了过渡金属硫族化合物 MX2 (M=Mo,W,Nb,Ta,Ti,Zr,Hf,Re;X=S,Se)纳米材料的研究进展 ,综述了该类无机富勒烯纳米管的制备、生长机理及应用。由于该类纳米管包含金属与非金属组成 ,有别于单一成分的碳纳米管 ,其在原子探针、催化、储氢、储锂等方面的应用前景广阔。
The research progress of transition metal chalcogenide MX2 (M = Mo, W, Nb, Ta, Ti, Zr, Hf, Re; X = S, Se) nanomaterials is reviewed. Preparation, growth mechanism and application. Due to the fact that such nanotubes contain both metallic and nonmetallic components, they are different from monocomponent carbon nanotubes in that they have broad applications in atomic probes, catalysis, hydrogen storage and lithium storage.
