亚里士多德逻辑以三段论闻名于世,但读其著作会遇到一个令人困惑的问题:即其所言“特称”究竟是广义还是狭义。由于该问题是三段论理论的基本问题,因而就会直接影响到对三段论理论的基本理解。通过对其著作文本的透彻解读和分析,确实可以发现亚里士多德对“特称”界定的歧义性,而究其原因实际却根源于对全称量词的两种理解。虽然亚里士多德对特称界定的歧义性是客观存在的,但借助亚里士多德讨论甚详的三段论理论来加以反证,就完全可以消除这种歧义,并且还可以进一步确定其“不定”的涵义。
Aristotle’s logic is famous for syllogism, but there is a puzzling question about his work: what is its “special” is broad or narrow. Since this issue is the basic issue of syllogism, it will directly affect the basic understanding of syllogism. Through the thorough interpretation and analysis of his writings, Aristotle can indeed find out the ambiguity of the definition of “special ”, but the reason actually comes from two kinds of understanding of the full quantifiers. Although Aristotle objectively defines ambiguity as an objective reality, using Aristotle’s highly discussed syllogism theory to disprove it completely eliminates this ambiguity and further determines its ambiguity. “Uncertain” meaning.
