本文报道了激光二极管端面泵浦的多晶Nd:YAG(polycrystalline Nd:YAG ceramic)1.32μm连续激光器的实验研究。在泵浦功率为2.1W时,激光达到阈值开始输出;在泵浦功率为9W时,输出功率达到690mW,斜率效率为11%。据我们所知,这是目前报道的功率最大的多晶Nd:YAG 1.32μm连续激光器。
In this paper, we report the experimental research of laser diode end-pumped polycrystalline Nd: YAG (polycrystalline Nd: YAG ceramic) 1.32μm continuous lasers. When the pump power is 2.1W, the laser reaches the threshold and starts to output. When the pump power is 9W, the output power reaches 690mW and the slope efficiency is 11%. To our knowledge, this is currently the most powerful polycrystalline Nd: YAG 1.32 μm continuous laser reported.
