平菇是我省食用菌栽培的主要品种。平菇004是我们选育出的一个品种。它同C C E F-26、27、29、30等五个品种比较结果,埋土前出菇率(生物效率)分别高39％、31％、81%、85％、93％;埋土前和埋土后的生物效率共计256％,其它五个品种的生物效率远远低于004品种。该品种属美味侧耳,子实体丛生、灰色,菌盖肉质肥厚,柄短,适合于冬季栽培。塑料大棚
