目的 :探讨人口腔鳞癌细胞系 (Tca8113和BcaCD885 )对颈淋巴结靶向性葫芦素BE聚乳酸纳米微粒 (CuBE_PLA_NP)的敏感性。方法 :用四唑盐显色法 (MTT法 )检测用不同剂量的CuBE_PLA_NP和CuBE在 1~ 8d内 8个时间点对Tca8113和BcaCD885的抗癌活性 ,计算出 2种药物在 8个时间点对 2种癌细胞的抑癌率和药物的半数抑癌率浓度。结果 :CuBE_PLA_NP和CuBE对Tca8113和BcaCD885均有强的杀伤作用 ,其杀伤效应均呈时间依赖性和剂量依赖性。结论 :经改型后的淋巴靶向CuBE_PLA_NP没有降低CuBE成份的抗癌活性 ,同时 ,由于CuBE_PLA_NP具有淋巴靶向性 ,更有利于杀灭口腔癌颈淋巴结转移灶内的癌细胞。
Objective: To investigate the sensitivity of oral squamous cell carcinoma cell lines (Tca8113 and BcaCD885) to cervical lymph node-targeted cucurbitacin BE polylactic acid nanoparticles (CuBE_PLA_NP). Methods: The antitumor activity of CuBE_PLA_NP and CuBE with different dosages of CuBE_PLA_NP and CuBE at 8 time points within 1 ~ 8 days on Tca8113 and BcaCD885 were detected by MTT assay. The calculated results of the two drugs at 8 time points Cancer suppression rate of 2 kinds of cancer cells and half the number of drug suppression rate. RESULTS: CuBE_PLA_NP and CuBE had a strong killing effect on both Tca8113 and BcaCD885, and the killing effects were both time-dependent and dose-dependent. CONCLUSION: Targeted CuBE_PLA_NP does not reduce the anticancer activity of CuBE, while CuBE_PLA_NP is more targeted to kill cancerous cells in cervical lymph node metastases of oral cancer.
