针对传统矿用电机车驱动系统存在故障率高、消耗能量大、效率低等缺点以及机械编码器的使用会降低控制系统的可靠性和耐用性,提出了一种无速度传感器控制方法高频脉动电压信号注入法,并设计了一种基于无速度传感器控制的矿用电机车变频驱动系统。文章从控制原理、控制策略、系统拓扑结构以及软硬件设计等方面,给出了较详细的论述。通过系统理论分析、仿真建模与仿真结果分析,制作了矿用电机车变频驱动装置样机。样机经过在实验室数据测试、分析和现场试运行结果表明,所提出的控制方案具有较高的可行性和有效性,而且装置的维护工作量明显减小、可靠性满足煤矿恶劣环境的要求。
In order to reduce the reliability and durability of the control system, the traditional drive system for mining electric locomotive has the defects of high failure rate, large energy consumption, low efficiency and the use of mechanical encoders. A speed sensorless control method, high frequency pulsation Voltage signal injection method and design a variable speed drive system of mining electric locomotive based on speed sensorless control. The article gives a more detailed exposition from the aspects of control principle, control strategy, system topology and hardware and software design. Through the analysis of system theory, simulation modeling and simulation results, a prototype of variable frequency drive for mining electric locomotive was produced. The results of the prototype test, analysis and field trial run show that the proposed control scheme is highly feasible and effective, and the maintenance workload of the device is obviously reduced. The reliability meets the requirements of harsh environment in coal mines.
