近年来,藏茶因为其民族性色彩的浓厚和制茶工艺的独特性而在学界受到日益广泛和深度的关注。除藏茶的制作工艺外,藏茶的文化属性是藏茶研究的又一个重要方向,其研究关涉到地理、民俗、社会、经济、交通等多方面的历史考查和现实问题,内容驳杂、牵涉颇多,所以欲对藏茶及其相关的藏茶文化进行全面而深入的考察并非易事。我们认为,无论从何种角度研究藏茶文化,藏茶文化的研究都不能离开对其本原性的认识和历史脉络的把握,即藏茶本身产生与传播的历史渊源。基于以上的认识,本文将对藏茶的渊源与边销历史进行梳理和探讨。
In recent years, Tibetan tea has received more and more attention in academia due to the strong ethnic color and the uniqueness of tea making process. In addition to the production process of Tibetan tea, the cultural properties of Tibetan tea is another important direction for the study of Tibetan tea. Its research is related to the historical examination and practical problems of geography, folk custom, society, economy and transportation and other aspects. The content is complicated and involved Therefore, it is not easy to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth study of Tibetan tea and its related Tibetan tea culture. In our opinion, no matter from what point of view to study the Tibetan tea culture, the study of Tibetan tea culture can not leave the understanding of its original nature and grasp of the historical context, that is, the history of the origin and spread of Tibetan tea itself. Based on the above understanding, this article will sort out and discuss the origin and sales history of Tibetan tea.
