目的:探讨并分析我体检中心的服务理念构建与运作方法。方法:对体检的人加强培训,养成高素质的品格,实行人性化服务的多元化,将其理念应用于体检流程的每一个过程。结果:较实施前,体检数量与满意度呈上升的趋势。结论:实施人性化服务应用于体检中心,普遍满足了大多数人的健康需求,进而让更多体检者到医院来体检,达到了社会效益和经济效益的双赢。
Objective: To explore and analyze the service concept construction and operation method of my medical examination center. Methods: To strengthen the training of physical examination, develop high-quality character, the implementation of human services diversification, the concept applies to each process of physical examination process. Results: Compared with the implementation before, the number and satisfaction of medical examination showed an upward trend. Conclusion: The implementation of humanized service in the medical examination center generally meets the health needs of most people and further medical examination to the hospital to achieve a win-win social and economic benefits.
