皖北地区拥有一批国家级、省级音乐类非物质文化遗产名录,如花鼓戏、二夹弦、坠子戏、嗨子戏、淮北大鼓、清音、民间舞蹈花鼓、泗州戏等,这些音乐文化遗产的传播离不开其产生的人文与社会环境,因此秉持“非遗在民间”的文化传播观念,更有利于非遗文化的传承与发展。乡村社会(村镇)与非遗文化有着天然的联系,对文化的需求也是显而易见的,如何改善当下乡村文化传播环境,如何充分发挥乡村社会成员非遗文化传播的主体性和积极性,是亟待解决的现实问题。促进皖北音乐非遗文化传播,加强区域音乐非遗文化人类学的探讨与研究,共筑这一地区文化共享体系,构筑富于创造性、进步性的乡村社会文明,是摆在我们面前的重要课题。
