目的:观察院内集中训练提升弱视治疗效果的临床意义和疗效分析。方法:选取1993~2006年在院内上机治疗弱视患者258例(449眼),分为两组:院内上机治疗+院内集中训练组(观察组)和院内上机治疗+家庭自主训练组(对照组)进行疗效、疗程、治愈时间及治愈率的分析和统计学处理。结果:观察组181眼,治愈率为97.2%;对照组:268眼,治愈率81.7%(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;其中观察组1年内治愈158眼(87.3%),对照组116眼(43.3%),P<0.01,而经一疗程治疗和训练即治愈者:观察组159眼(88.4%),对照组126眼(47%),均具显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:通过院内集中训练配合弱视治疗,可缩短疗程提升弱视早期治愈率。
Objective: To observe the clinical significance and curative effect of intensive training in amblyopia treatment in hospital. Methods: A total of 258 patients (449 eyes) with amblyopia were treated in the hospital from 1993 to 2006. The patients were divided into two groups: intensive treatment group + hospital intensive training group (observation group) and hospital intensive treatment + home autonomous training group Control group) for efficacy, duration of treatment and cure rate analysis and statistical analysis. Results: In the observation group, the curative rate was 97.2% in 181 eyes; the control group was 268 eyes, the cure rate was 81.7% (P <0.05), the difference was statistically significant. The observation group cured 158 eyes (87.3% 116 eyes (43.3%), P <0.01. After one course of treatment and training were cured, 159 eyes (88.4%) in the observation group and 126 eyes (47%) in the control group were significantly different (P <0.01). Conclusion: The intensive training combined with amblyopia treatment can shorten the course of treatment to enhance the early cure rate of amblyopia.
